1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TaskBloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TaskBloom is a task management application that helps you organize tasks, set reminders, and manage your schedule. Features include:

• Task creation and management
• Calendar view and scheduling
• Voice input for task creation (Pro feature)
• AI-powered time recognition (Pro feature)
• Recurring task support (Pro feature)
• Sub-task detection (Pro feature)

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

For iOS (App Store):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

For Android (Google Play):

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account
• One-time purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can view your purchase history in Google Play account settings

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers:

• You will have access to Pro features during the trial
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Keep your device and app updated for security

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TaskBloom are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
